In 1997, Madian Al Jazerah founded Amman's Books@ Cafe, a cafe widely known for being a safe space for Amman's queer community. Madian joined us to discuss his early beginnings as an entrepreneur; his advocacy work; and his perspectives on the past, present, and future of LGBTQ life in Jordan.
